By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Nurexa

Nurexa provides digital tools designed to assist caregivers, therapists, educators, and support professionals in coordinating care and tracking behavioural observations for neurodiverse children.

The Platform provides:

  • behavioural logging tools

  • communication between care team members

  • insight generation tools

  • progress tracking dashboards


  • 2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Accounts may be created by:

  • parents or legal guardians

  • licensed therapists or clinicians

  • educators or support workers

Children may not create accounts directly.

3. User Roles

The Platform supports multiple user roles including:

  • Caregiver / Parent

  • Therapist or clinician

  • Teacher or support worker

Caregivers control permissions for access to child profiles.

4. Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials

  • ensuring information entered into the Platform is accurate

  • complying with all applicable laws

Users must not share accounts with unauthorised individuals.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • upload unlawful or abusive content

  • attempt to access data belonging to other users without permission

  • misuse the platform for unauthorised medical advice

  • attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the software

    6. Platform Availability

We aim to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend features for maintenance.

7. Data Ownership

Users retain ownership of information they upload.

By uploading data to Nurexa, users grant Nurexa a limited licence to:

  • process data

  • generate insights

  • operate the platform

This licence exists solely to provide the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • violate these Terms

  • misuse the platform

  • present security risks

Users may close their account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nurexa is not liable for:

  • decisions made based on platform insights

  • indirect or consequential damages

  • loss of data caused by external factors


    10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, unless otherwise required by local regulations.

CHILD DATA CONSENT AGREEMENT

Parents or legal guardians must provide consent before entering child-related information.

By creating a child profile, the caregiver confirms:

  • they are the parent or legal guardian of the child, or

  • they have appropriate legal authority to provide consent

Caregivers agree to:

  • control access to the child profile

  • ensure authorised professionals are invited appropriately

  • manage permissions for the care team

Parents may revoke access permissions at any time.

THERAPIST AND PROFESSIONAL DATA AGREEMENT

Professionals using the Platform must:

  • provide accurate professional information

  • use the platform responsibly and ethically

  • maintain confidentiality of child data

Professionals agree that:

  • Nurexa is a coordination platform, not a clinical record system

  • they remain responsible for professional obligations and regulatory compliance

The platform does not replace professional documentation requirements where applicable.

CLINICAL DISCLAIMER

Nurexa provides tools for organisation and observation of behavioural information.

The Platform does not provide medical advice.

Information generated by the Platform:

  • is not a diagnosis

  • does not replace professional consultation

  • should not be used as the sole basis for treatment decisions

Users should consult qualified professionals for medical or psychological guidance.

COOKIE POLICY

Nurexa may use cookies and similar technologies to improve the user experience.

Cookies may be used for:

  • authentication and login sessions

  • remembering user preferences

  • analytics and platform performance

  • security monitoring

Users may disable cookies through browser settings, although this may affect functionality.

DATA PROCESSING AND SECURITY

Nurexa implements security practices including:

  • encrypted connections (HTTPS)

  • secure authentication systems

  • restricted access controls

  • cloud infrastructure security monitoring
